The place was quiet, and the bed was comfy. They had a comfortable recliner in the room. The first room we got reeked like smoke. They have no smoking signs everywhere, so apparently it was some jerk who thinks the rules don't apply to them. The manager gave another room with no problem and he was very nice. I would stay here again.
Whenever we go to Roaring River, this is where we always stay. We have tried some other options but Four Seasons is the best by far. The rooms are spacious and always very clean. The staff is great to deal with. Very pleasant and welcoming. Cant wait to go back. My only issue is the internet can be a bit spotty, particularly if your room is further from the office. Not a show stopper unless you have to do little work while there. I suggest a range extender or two to resolve the issue.
Very clean. A lot of times when you stay in smaller, locally owned hotels you question the cleanliness. This is not the case at Cassville Four Seasons. A very nice gentleman got me checked in and directed me to the nearby places to get some food. It was quiet and I slept well. It's a good place to stop, whether for 1 night or 1 week.
This is a great place to stay. Staff is always so nice and helpful. We stay often because of work.
Modest hotel with exceptionally clean rooms. Clean linens and beds. We stay there at every visit to the area. Fresh coffee and bottled water complimentary.
The hotel employees were friendly. Doesn’t seem like they have any renovations lately, older building but not run down. Although, Continental breakfast was a joke though. All they had was coffee and some super dry muffins.
We have stayed at this establishment many times. Good location and great service. My sister left her sandals in the room and the lady at the front desk called before we got too far and we were able to go back and get them. Coffee and water is available 24-7 in the lobby. About 2 miles down the road is Sunrise Restaurant that serves a good breakfast. Don't understand the negative reviews on here. We'll go back!
I don’t normally give reviews but I wanted to share. My family needed a place for night (emergency situation). The lady at the front desk went above and beyond to give us rooms with adjoining doors to better accommodate us. The clean rooms were an added benefit! We enjoyed our nights rest!
